30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Glowply, we want you to feel confident trying our platform. If you cancel your Glowply subscription within 30 days of activating your plan, you may be eligible for a full refund of your subscription fees under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Conditions

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The guarantee is available only to first-time Glowply customers.

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan during the initial 30-day period; however, the 30-day window does not reset when you change plans.

  • Dedicated resources, custom infrastructure, or enterprise-level services (if applicable) are not included in the Money-Back Guarantee.

  • One-time fees are non-refundable, including (but not limited to):

    • Custom setup or onboarding fees

    • Infrastructure or performance upgrades

    • Custom development or migration services

  • Usage-based charges and overages (such as bandwidth, storage, automation usage, or add-ons consumed during the period) are not refundable.

Any fees incurred during the first 30 days will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the incurred fees exceed the refundable amount, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.


Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee Timing (If Applicable)

If Glowply offers a free trial or free first month on selected plans:

  • The Money-Back Guarantee starts after the free period ends, not during the free trial.

  • Example:
    If you activate a plan on September 1, the free period ends on September 30, and the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee begins on October 1.


After the 30-Day Period

Credits for Add-Ons

If you cancel an add-on service after the first 30 days:

  • You will receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of the add-on.

  • Credits are applied to your Glowply account balance for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.

Example:
If your billing cycle starts on May 1 and you cancel an add-on on May 15, you will receive a credit for the remaining 16 days.

Important notes about credits:

  • Credits are automatically applied to future or final invoices.

  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.

  • Credits cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.


Plan Cancellation

  • The account owner may cancel a Glowply plan at any time.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • After cancellation:

    • The plan will not renew

    • All services, data, and access may be terminated

    • Your subscription will be considered fully canceled

If there are any unpaid fees at the time of cancellation, a final invoice will be issued. Any available credits will be applied before calculating the remaining balance.

Dashboard → Account Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel Plan
